Make my dream come true with an Oceanic Server
Been looking for a MMO with free trading and full loot upon death (no soul bound BS!) for aggess and after looking into Albion Online, this is exactly the kind of game I was looking for! You guys even got the mount drop on death right! I was half expecting the mounts to be "soul bound" or "newbied" for all the care bears who can't hack losing their mount, but it seems you guys know what your doing.
Hopefully we will be seeing different cool rare coloured mounts to come.
For people that haven't played full loot (drop all your items upon death) don't be discouraged! It actually makes the game 1000 times better! I know a lot of people are use to not losing items and think it will be a pain in the ass or a waste of time to get all that gear you worked so hard for again, but that is because you have been accustomed to games like World of Warcraft where it takes forever and a luck of the dice to get an item. This system it is much easier to get gear and on top of that you friends can give you gear!
May the Rich look rich! and the poor look poor! Don't wear what you cant lose! and may the best players be in the best gear.
Looks like a 1v1 duel system was also added! Great job sandbox interactive!
One thing that is missing... that would make this game a dream come true... is an Australian/Oceanic Server! There are many many Aussies and Asians that love to play this kinda of game and any person who PVPs will know that you cannot possible compete with someone who lives close to the server from the other side of the world. So knowing that, please make my dream come true and add an Australian/Oceanic Server. Even if it is a town or small area on the map this would make a large number of people happy.
I foresee this game being as big as clash of clans. Build it and they will come.
Albion Online Feedback and Thoughts
I get the feeling Albion Online is not the game I was sold it to be. It may once have been, or at least the idea to be a GvG/PvP game, but along the way two realizations must have hit
Albion Online Guide on how to survive solo fame farming (T5+) PART 1
In Albion Online it is no different, your map will often provide valuable info that can save your life (and gear). Not just the death notifier or a red blob of hostiles headed your way but to escape.
Albion Online Roadmap to Closed Beta
Based on your feedback and input, and hours over hours of internal discussions, we have now identified the main topics that we will be focusing on in order to make the game ready for the closed beta.
Opinion about albion online reputation system
Yellow zone pvp seems to have been brought along for the ride, due to the need to have a single consistent system that players can learn once and understand forever. I believe my problem was looking at the reputation purely through the lens of yellow zone pvp, which still seems to not benefit from the reputation system.
Improve my enjoyment of the Albion Online
Sometimes it's the little things that make a big difference. Here are some of the "little things" that would improve my enjoyment of the albion
